These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yemencoffeeonline.com (the "Site") and purchases from Al-Aqeeq Yemen Coffee ("Al-Aqeeq", "we", "us" or "our"), a family-owned business located at 12345 Jones Road, Suite 250, Houston, Texas 77070. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our store

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its payment partners at checkout; Al-Aqeeq does not see or store your full card details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell whole-bean Yemeni coffee and related products. We try to describe products and display colors as accurately as possible, but natural products vary from batch to batch. Tasting notes describe natural flavors and are not added flavorings.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers without an agreement, or contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

5. Fresh roasting and shipping

Every order is roasted fresh to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for roasting and shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our shipping policy.

6. All sales are final

Because our coffee is a freshly roasted food product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except that we will replace orders that arrive damaged, contaminated or incorrect when reported within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy.

7. Health information

Articles on this Site are for general information and are not medical advice. Coffee contains caffeine. If you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine or have a medical condition, consult your doctor.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos and the Al-Aqeeq name, belongs to Al-Aqeeq or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or unlawful information.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites such as Amazon, LinkedIn or news outlets. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Al-Aqeeq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Privacy and accessibility

Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy. We are committed to an accessible website; see our accessibility statement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
