Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing time: 2-3 weeks

Because all of our coffee is freshly roasted, orders are typically roasted, packed and shipped within 2-3 weeks to ensure the highest quality and freshness (Sundays and holidays are not business days). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

If you need coffee immediately, we recommend purchasing through Amazon Prime. Otherwise, we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your order fresh; this is what makes our coffee special.

Supply from Yemen

While we strive to maintain inventory, circumstances in Yemen may occasionally impact our supply chain and delay shipments to our Houston facility. In such cases, affected items may be placed on backorder and we will promptly notify you with an updated timeline.

Shipping costs and taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and the delivery ZIP code. Any applicable sales or use taxes are also calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Al-Aqeeq Yemen Coffee is a food product that we roast fresh in small batches after you order. For freshness and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and roasting has begun.

Damaged, contaminated or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the item; if so, we will provide a prepaid label.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Order cancellations

Orders begin processing for roasting soon after they are placed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible; we can only cancel orders that have not yet been roasted.
